words_Brandon Richard In the year 2010, the Jordan Brand released a curiously colored Air Jordan Retro 5 that combined a white leather upper with varsity royal and maize accents. It turned out that the colorway was a salute to Emsley A. Laney High School, where a young Michael Jordan honed his on-court craft as a teen. Most recently, we saw the colorway turn up on the Jordan Sixty Plus. However, we now have images of a new Air Jordan 2010 Outdoor that puts the famous blue and gold tandem to work as well. The "Laney" 2010 Outdoor makes use of a royal blue mesh upper, with tonal leather cross-straps. Varsity maize turns up on the inner liner, plastic strap tabs, and branding on the straps. White works perforated leather on the toe, the toecap, and the upper portion of the midsole. Blue and gold come together again to finish off the midsole and outsole.
